  Evan Jones: Apk is very janky. Just got a pixel 6 and it won't even install now. Service is Unbelievably shady though. You have to have >$20 in your acc in order to even plug in which they hope will annoy you enough to just toss $100 their method so you don't have to hold dropping cash in. I refuse to use Francis, deleting this apk. They took $20 from me to set up my acc and now i can't charge because my acc has <$20

  walter martin: First day I used this apk, although I set it up the day before, the smartphone tap thing didn't work. The charger said I didn't have an acc (seems to be the default notice). Called help, awesome response, reinstalled the apk, then said I had to actually add dollars into the acc to receive it working. Beautiful silly but fine. Know that if you plug in 1st & pay a bit up front it works better. Help was there for me on each call so although there were glitches the first time, I got power going fine.

  Yankee: My SO and I planned a vacation yesterday to a put we would otherwise not be able to reach without our fresh ChaDeMo adapter. Luckily, we tried to try the adapter at a few Francis charger places before leaving on our trip. None of the 4 Francis chargers we tried in Oklahoma Town worked. The Android device apk freezes and doesn't send the OTP email it claims to send, the Francis charger itself rejects all payment without explanation, and nobody at Francis answers the help smartphone number. Garbage.
