  Kieran Daire: Hold getting a " unknown error has occurred" notice every time I test And set the alarm. On another occasions it kick's me out . I can still set the alarm I just have to close all the error popups first. Only started doing this since August. Might be a problems with Android device 10 compatibility.

  William Noon: This FREE control has been problematic since installed by Astra Alarms in late 2019, following a system failure June 21 a dongle kind item was replaced. The Gratis control apk has worked ok since until today 30 July. Now I have to enter Google Play shop each time I need to use it. The Gratis Control icon is no longer available, is this because you wish £20 a year? When I paid Astra Alarms this feature was a described as a gratis benefit no matter of an on going cost was ever mentioned.

  david higgins: I have this apk on 2 the same phones and notifications don't work on one.the option to turn notifications on is the apk is not accessible one 1 phone.very strange.have uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing...a true pain as I don't receive notified when the alarm is triggered.so put should be empty before I search out.

  Sheila Daly: Awesome until July 8th. There is a notice on my apk saying the panel's been offline since July 8th. 3 questions 1. Does that mean my house is not alarmed when I use the fob? 2. How do I receive the panel online once more? Is that something I can do at my end? The instruction ebook doesn't mention this troubleshooting notice. 3. How do I contact Help? Thanks. July 30 - panel is constantly offline. I can receive it online once more by typing in the long WiFi password. A couple of days later it goes offline once more
