  Penn Wilbert: I downloaded the apk, I installed the apk, I 2FA'd and then logged in with my acc, I enabled biometrics, and I should see my activity. Every thing works and payments, mortgage info, etc all present and report. Much sus in the review bombs, can't fix stupid. Edit: I wanted to follow up that a month later, I logged back into the apk and I was able to see my mortgage that's due and schedule payments and the apk worked as expected.

  Monica Martin: Welp...I set it up and even scheduled a payment with no problems. I read apk reviews and was puzzled by the 1 star ratings. Went back into the apk and after logging in and both using thumbprint I receive a blank screen. I waited 30 seconds and thought maybe it's slow. Hopefully they can fix it. Geez I went back in and it worked! Bugs I guess need work.

  NutNbutSpeed: Please add ability to see our amortization schedule both on the apk and online. And create it via the apk to be able to print it and save it pdf via Google Drive, Drop ox or any Cloud storage. Otherwise good bank haven't had any problems with them and they've been very simple to work with. I just think it's a large oversight not being able to see your amortization schedule either via the apk or online.

  Ariel Young: They are a scam at best. The only reason we even have this mortgage company is because they bought our loan. We have gotten multiple letters harassing us dated the same day saying they never received our payment, even though the site shows our acc is ok and they did keep the right payment at the right time. We have also gotten letters showing we paid the right amount but since we didn't give them enough cash they're going to both not agree our payment and hang on to the cash.

  Kyle Webb: Service unavailable?? I literally just installed and the first screen that pops up says "service unavailable". The fact that this company keeps calling me from fresh numbers, emails and texts nearly every single day trying to receive me to refinance despite me requesting, pleading and demanding they stop.... the apk not working is the icing on the cake. I'm going to look for other mortgage company so I can fire this garbage company. You guys suck hard, really hard.

  Jason Clark: The apk and site both create me enter a certification code that gets emailed to me every time I log in. Why? Additionally, when I enter the code in the apk, I receive sent to a screen to verify my smartphone number (which I already did on the desktop site) and then tells me the data cannot be loaded. Awful, awful design on both accounts.

  Richard Murek: Nothing is ever announced or planned out. They claim its all on your end when they should just admit the technology their trying to implement is not working. The online platform is flawed consitenly block my password requiring a call in. They even closed on a refine and had no records of it. Their underwriter title company never completed. It's illegal. They did re close months later and used the same loan number to cover the activity. All paperwork was saved for legal actions. The people are fine.
