I have used Instacart for the latest 3 years and honestly I gave them a 1 star review and told them I was done! I ordered new Direct everything was delivered on time, new, and PERFECT. I'm so satisfied with my order I almost cried after having almost 10 negative recorded experiences from another companies. This is how grocery delivery was meant to be. The apk is a tiny sluggish but overall the best experience.

Sometimes they will send coupons for gratis delivery which is always nice... if you haven't shopped there is awhile they may send a $50 off a $100 coupon which is a no brainer to use. The meats and baked goods are good. They also carry a lot of things you may not search at a typical grocery shop. It's a tiny pricey but you receive what you pay for!

  Charlia E: Much Better on Tablets and cells than site. Site hasn't loaded in 3 days so in desperation I got the apk. Pleasantly surprised. Improved since I latest looked at it about 2 years ago. 2 matters I want you would address. Do something for the elderly/ handicapped. When u deliver stuff in large powerful boxes u make an expensive hardship. I can't flatten them even w a box cutter. Offer a Bx pkup service or indicate an item will come in a box. #2 Specify exactly what a BUNCH is. Give weights.

You may not search the dozens of staple brands that you can search at your local grocery shop, but New Direct's brands are just as unbelievable or better than the brands that you are familiar with.

The delivery private are courteous, efficient, and willing to assist someone who is challenged by disabilities. In addition, I was able to immediately keep shop credit for any product that I didn't like, no questions asked. I would suggest them to anyone.

That was a difficult time for both customers and no doubt management. But things seem to be well organized now and they have been a lifeline for my husband and I during covid.
