Push notifications to stay on top of things. 2. Create or answer to tickets, assign it to agents, change its priority and due date, tag it as spam or delete it. 3. Prioritize and stay on top of tickets that matter the most with 9+ default views and infinite custom views. 4. Insert canned responses when required and attach files as necessary. 5. Add personal notes that only another agents can see, forward tickets, or just stay in the loop as a ‘watcher’. 6. Search your list of players or the right solution in your knowledge base. 7. Get a fast overview of your assist desk. 8. Your employees can access the service catalog and even put and track service requests. 9. Update all the info for assets, add fresh assets to the CMDB using the barcode/QR code scanner. 10. Log in easily using Active Directory SSO or SAML.

  • N Baumsteiger: Better than Ever I was originally using Freshdesk a few years ago. I was convinced to move to a much larger PSA for a lower cost. That was one of the largest mistakes that we created for our company and years time and now we're back. The mobile application alone for freshservice has allowed for more productivity in one hour and what I was able to receive out of our another PSA at a desktop computer in almost a half day. Freshservice help is always helpful and always accessible to reply questions.

  • Mike Epting: Good apk but the iOS is missing the "Requesters" which is super helper find for contacts, tickets and more importantly solutions. Please add to iOS apk. Also the find feature is pulling all tickets and we can't search what we are looking for. Is there anyway to find for non-closed tickets or latest modified? Or even better give us a find filter? UPDATE: Please modernize the find and let to view a requesters tickets from their profile
