  Luis R: I have selected this option because they don't create any sense on their list of providers, I was looking for a dentist and I found 11 providers, I called all of them and no one knows about this insurance so my question is why do they have that info here and they don't even agree it, I need an extraction do to a lot of pain maybe an infection and no method to receive assist in this case, this is not for cosmetic or luxury I am requesting and it's not fair they don't cover this type of expenses if "it's not covered don't promote it" thank you!

When you test to look at the drug formulary to see what drugs are covered, the formulary ID banner and recaptcha are in the method of drugs listed at the bottom of the page and does not allow you scroll further down to see them. Best to see drug formulary on desktop. Awful player experience on mobile.

  Mike Peck: Find only works when looking for facility (if it's spelled exactly). Find does not work most of the time when searching for physicians. I can only begin the apk once then I have to reset my smartphone to even just begin the apk once more if I log off (Galaxy S21).

  Pamela Stephens: It's Jan 10th, 2022 and their apk and portal are useless. Takes forever to log in (if it even does log in) but mostly it just times out. All I need are ID cards and that page is perpetually unavailable. Two thumbs down.
