“Friendswood Powerful” 4th of July Celebration 2018 Get all the happening info at your finger-tips. This apk will provide you with happening schedules, maps, vendor list, parking info, live feed, alerts, and more. The Friendswood 4th of July Celebration begins at 10 a.m. with the Grand Parade on Friendswood Drive (FM 518) starting at Heritage Drive and concluding at Stevenson Park. Following the parade (about 11 a.m.), in Stevenson Park, is the Carnival. Admission to the park is gratis, but you must purchase a Day Ride Pass wristband to have access to infinite amusement rides until 3:30 p.m. for $10. The Carnival moves to Centennial Park and will be begin for business at 7 p.m. Evening Ride Pass wristbands are $10. An All-Day Ride Pass wristband may be purchased in advance for $15 (Pre-Sale Price) in the Parks & Recreation office at Town Hall, 910 S. Friendswood Dr., from, June 18 through July 3. This wristband allows admission to the carnival attractions at both the day tool in Stevenson Park and evening tool at Centennial Park. In addition to the carnival rides at Centennial Park during the evening tool, “Chinatown” will provide gratis entertainment performing an eclectic mix of hits from the 80's, 90's, and today. The fireworks display will begin at approximately 9:20 p.m. There is no public parking at Centennial Park. Gratis Shuttle services will be provided from Friendswood Methodist Church, 110 N. Friendswood Dr. (this is a various place from past years) and Friendswood High School, 702 Greenbriar to Centennial Park from 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m
