  Hugh Godfrey: Very primary functionality. It'll receive you by if you don't own a computer. You can view your past bill amounts but the hyperlink to view the actual bill does not trigger the PDF download like on the full site portal. A lot of formatting problems so hard to read wrapped text. Cannot view graph of energy usage like on full portal. Rotating my smartphone to/from landscape/portrait mode improperly logs you out. They email me a weekly projected "next bill" estimate and wouldn't it be cool to have Everyday Projected "next bill" amount on this apk, but seeing the work that still needs to be done I'm sure it'll never happen.

  Nerak995: It's been working good , it was very quick prior , but yah know as soon as I need to pay my bill nothing is loading an there's no method for me to pay it , I'm trying to be on top of things so this is beautiful frustrating If it would load, this would be unbelievable, I'd say t stars or at least 4 if I should receive it to load:(

  Lenard Milholland: This is a give them cash apk. Since I setup autopay, I will never use or need this apk. How about add a useful feature like how much energy I'm using everyday and weekly? Notifications of power outages. Ability to report outages. Notices of heat waves that request/require power saving/rationing?

  AD 27: This apk needs work... There isn't an option for customer care, password restart, safety features such as the password restart and creation of usernames. its awesome if you wish to just pay the bill without any details on how much electricity you have used. And the charges thats on your bill. I don't know about anyone else, but I need more details on my bill another that just tellingme to pay an amount.

  Samantha: I've never set up an acc online and tried my acc number and smartphone number as password will not work. No option to restart password or to set up one in the first put. Very frustating to only be able to pay your bill over the smartphone and have to pay the fee.

  Chanel Preston: This apk DOES NOT WORK. I successfully closed a previous acc with Frontier in Dallas upon moving out from an apartment. I signed up for Frontier service once more in Houston. This apk had BOTH accounts listed under my name. I wasn't being charged for the closed acc but it would NOT let me to hold up with the current acc. This led to unwarranted late penalties. I do not suggest this service or apk.

  David Jarvis: This apk is just terrible. If you rotate your screen it logs you out. There is also an icon bar at the bottom which hides the button to submit a payment. You have to tap on the text box with the amount to be paid, and only then the icon bar move down enough to create room for the payment button. Also, there seems to be no scrolling, so to move up or down the page at all, you have to tap different text boxes to jump around. Total trash.
