About the application:

FuseMe is a gratis mobile application aimed at helping students and employers build genuine relationships. It replaces the need for a resumé at career fairs and focuses on what Generation Z wants out of a job - quality relationships with the people they work with every day. It also helps employers stay informed on how a student is progressing through his or her college career so that they know the right time to recruit. FuseMe Works in 4 steps: 1. Begin up FuseMe at a career fair and set your status to allow recruiters know you are a student and vice versa. 2. After you have a conversation with a potential employer or recruit, ask him or her to “fuse". Fusing can only occur by scanning other fuser's QR code. 3. Employers watch students as their resumés grow throughout their college careers. Students stay connected with employers while they gain experience. 4. Follow-up at the right time using your favorite messenger. For Employers: We built a download .CSV button into FuseMe so that you can easily upload all of your fuses into any existing system or CRM that you currently use to hold track of prospective employees.
