  Bradlee Allen: Very simple to use and clearly player driven!! Wow, what an improvement fuze have created when compared with the old Thinkingphones mobile apk. It's good to have access to all the enterprise voice features, video and messaging capabilities within one apk. Also the added benefit of salesforce integration well assist me be more productive in my working day. I look forward to the next feature modernize, perfect job fuze!!

  awesome audio quality with android device 7.x.x and newer ver, when phone go in stand-by, it doesn't ring when a call is incoming. In older Andorid ver and when it's not in stand-by, it ring after 2 ring for the caller

  Paul Rafferty: Once you disable access to Google contacts you cannot re-enable it. The option is simply gone. Perhaps this is a Google problem, but it's confusion and inconvenient, particularly as I only did it to force a refresh (fresh contacts weren't showing up)

  Jon Stevens: The Fuze mobile apk does not seem to obey the Samsung/Android “Do Not Disturb” function. I keep calls even when Do Not Disturb is on. Note that I am not talking about the “Do Not Disturb” function within the Android device Fuze Mobile apk itself – I assume this works but I have to remember to toggle this before I go to sleep as it doesn’t have a schedule option. Please either A) Add a schedule option to the Fuze Mobile Do Not Disturb” function OR B) Obey the Samsung/Android device/OS level “Do Not Disturb” function

  Chryzl Anne Angeles: we're using fuze at work on our desktops. due to the latest modernize, fuze constantly freezes and we have to restart cache every now and then. it's not our network, and we have a large storage data. why is this event? it's really frustrating. :(

  Nedim Celik: The apk has heavy player interface problems. 1) It does not work properly with any smartwatches. If you have a smartwatch, chances are your smartphone is on mute. You will not receive fuze call notifications on the watch. But keep on -- a notification will pop up every time you begin the apk. The best I can tell is that the notifications are random. Random notifications? Well, that's awful design. 2) Additionally, while on the phonecall, depending on how you keep your smartphone, the apk will go into landscape mode. When you wish to hang up, just as you wish to hit the hang-up button, chances are it will reorient itself. Landscape mode during phonecalls? Well, that's awful design. 3) It does not conform to Android device player interface guidance. For instance, it has a top-left back button. I understand the need for that on an iPhone, but Android device has it's own back-button. Crapton of items like that. Using iOS player interface design on an android device? Well, that's awful design.

  William Softmore: Apk worked well the first time. But I had an necessary meeting today that I was unable to join. The apk just took me in an endless loop, asking me for the meeting ID and then asking me "what's your name?" ...each time I input these info I'd be taken back to the begin. No idea what the trouble is but it needs fixing.

  Una Taylor: I had a large Corporate occasion offered to me. I was scheduled to talk to the board of judges via Fuze. This apk never allow me in. I "fuzed" me into a vicious loop of its sign-in menu. My career. My hardwork. My sacrifice.....taken away. To the board I appeared unprepared and inept. I sent screen shots of what was going on. I receive 1 more possibility. 1. 1 more possibility in all I receive. If this apk does not work AGAIN, I lose everything. EVERYTHING. Their site didn't work. The apk didn't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. 2 separate browsers didn't work. Rebooting my device didn't work. Closing all apks didn't work. Nothing worked. What am I to do now? I have to believe this apk with my future, literally. Fuze makes it hard to contact them unless you blindly "email" them through their site, which is really geared towards capturing fresh customers. This is HORRIBLE. Unhappy.
