  Ralph Beard: Using for residential building. Have noted that some players are getting registeration failed messages on iphone if they use the non-standard mail client (eg Gmail). Can't send logs either as apk defers to iphone mail. This is for automatic and manual registration.

When I was first installing after I accepted the bluetooth permission, it automatically continued without giving me the option of choosing the NFC option. The NFC permission.. the option only became accessible after a few days .. thats good 2. When using bluetooth... the action and unblock buttons are miles apart on the screen.. u have to do this while stretched out one handed reaching for the bluetooth reader.. else lose connection

  MX_81_DRAGON: Used to work very well, however recently NFC has stopped working with this apk. Bluetooth still functions ok and i have inspected with another devices the website is fine, but my note 9 will not work with NFC. Using android device 9 since release but the latest time i went to website was android device 8.

  Adam Salvail: It works flawlessly, until it doesn't. I can usually go for a few days using the apk until it stops working. Sometimes rebooting the apk fixes the trouble. Sometimes cycling the Bluetooth antenna fixes the trouble. Sometimes force stopping the apk fixes the trouble. But most of the time, only a full reboot of the smartphone makes any difference. Those create me trust this is a badly programmed apk that, I suppose, breaks down when it's place to sleep by Android device. It's fun until it locks you out of a building with your home keys inside. I would not suggest for any serious use. Edit after developers reaction: NFC is enabled and stopping the find service is rarely a working solution. Tried it already. I'd recommend anyone to use a plastic mark instead. Dropped to 1 star. Second edit: this is a Pixel XL running Android device 8.1.0.

  Clare Tanner: Previously I used to approach the door and it would grant me access. Now I have to begin the apk, select which door to allow me access by hitting on actions (even if there is only one door in the list) and then hit other button to request access? Takes too long! Thanks for your response but I don't wish to have to begin the apk. I have tried all the settings. NFC is enabled.

  Chris: Why does this apk need to run in the background all day using battery? Just shut all the background services off when not begin or provide the option to do so. If I need to begin a door or gate, I'll begin the apk. I'm at 5% battery at the end of the day after doing hardly anything on the smartphone all day. Thanks Gallagher.

  Adam White: SMS verification does not work. I have verified that my smartphone is receiving SMS messages from another apks and my contacts. I have also verified that my correct mobile number was used for setup. Therefore this apk is useless to me and has created entering my apartment building a everyday inconvenience.

  Juandré Becker: The apk seems to have compatability problems with some Huawei devices. Sometimes requiring a full device reset before the readers and device are able to successfully communicate. I constantly receive 'reader connection tiked out' notifications when trying to access a door.
