  Jimmy Van Hecke: really impressive apk Note that most of the negative reviews are from 2012. This fresh ver is a really nice application. It has an happening calendar, a list of all exhibitors and a really superb 3D map where you can locate said exhibitors in the large Koelnmesse. You can tap on the various halls to receive a detailed floor layout of each hall and details on where/what every booth includes. What is additional nice is that you can easily bookmark things from the happening calendar and place them in your own calendar. My only complaint is that the application so far is 90% in English, but the descriptions of happenings and mini games are still in German. If they fix this (and I expect they will soon enough as the apk has just launched), it is definitely worth 5 stars. Other plus is that all happening data gets cached: You don't need an active internet connection to use the apk, ideal for people from outside Germany.

  Dominik Badel: good it's good after the latest modernize, not only does it work now, it also let's you see the products and exhibitors as well as add them to favorites. it would be nice to have a 2d map, older and lower end smartphones are laggy and they can't handle such a 3d map. It also need at latest an English translation.

  Jošt Hočevar: Mediocre Although the apk is mostly in german, most of the necessary details can be decyphered, but a language option would be nice. The map has been somewhat fixed now. Pressing the back button goes back to the previous menu which is slightly annoying. The present on map option does not work. To sum up the apk is OK, but it should be better considering that gamescom is such a really big happening and an apk like this would be really usefull to the majority of the visitors. It needs work.

It would be nice to have English, French and Spanish in there to create it easier for non-German speaking nations to understand.

  Dennis: Hmm Werde erstmal noch abwarten was die map zu bieten hat wenn dort mehr Informationen vorhanden sind. Teilweise wurden anscheinend Aussteller noch ich hinzugefügt in der map. Die map lässt sich auch noch nicht richtig bedienen. Schön wäre es wenn man alternativ noch eine 2D map Ansicht jeder halle in der Apk finden würde.

  Manuel Crepin: Less than useful The map is cool, but makes the apk crash too often. The map tags are little and hard to read. If you find an exhibitor it doesn't say what they exhibit. It's mostly in German. At least the product listing has thumbnails, but once you choose one and "Go To Map" with the interactive button thing, it just displays the map, and not the actual place. TL;DR: don't bother, receive a magazine at the entrance.

  Vadim S: #gamescom2017 :The apk is more useless than articles on the internet. The happenings section is nowhere to complete or at least relevant. One of the "happenings" by an indie dev was straight out a WRONG promise. A lot of exhibitors didn't even fill in anything. The map only showed an overview of the congress halls, but not the individual exhibitions (you'd need to refer to the official magazine). Scrolling in the "happenings" section is broken

  Alex: Wer kam auf die Idee mit den mitschwingenden Ausstellernamen? Die Apk hat sich über die Jahre nicht wirklich verbessert. Wenn man eine Karte über das Messegelände haben möchte, sollte man lieber zu den alten Papier Flyern greifen, welche vor Ort verteilt werden.
