  Ashley S. MacKenzie: Not very useful Turns out the first gear fit doesn't have a microphone. It's not very useful an apk because you have to have your smartphone on top of the table in plain sight. You might as well just use the on board smartphone apk. Probably more useful for the gears that have on board mics.

  Melissa Haseley: Doesn't work on Galaxy Note 2 I see that it is supposed to use onboard microphone and recorder. I recorded a few short recordings and every one of them showed 00:00 as length. When I opened apk on my smartphone and picked one of the recordings to see if it would at least begin in the user, it says file format not supported. So it records nothing, obviously doesn't use onboard microphone and is unable to play on the smartphone. Uninstalled.

  Kurt Miller: Does not function Have not been able to receive this to function after reading online and taking to samsung and speaking to another IT specialists. Says smartphone is not responding. But there are no instructions with samsung galaxy note to help. Waste of my mo ey and I look forward to either it being resolved or asking for a refund. Or someone else to develop one that works or is updated more often.

  Thao Vu: Doesn't work on S4 It doesn't record. Download apk. It appeared on my Gear Fit. Pressed the record button. Spoke. Saw the recording appear in the apk on my smartphone. Played it and no recording. I know that I only paid a dollar for the apk but I would like for it to work please.
