In “Generations: Idle Merchant City” you build up a city by selling resources gathered from the surrounding wilds. A couple starts a fresh city along a well travelled street, hoping to provide stuff of interest to travellers. Expand your city and create your tag on the land - before passing on your knowledge to the next generation to begin their own fresh town. Sell stuff in your ever expanding city as a merchant in this pixel art mini game. Sell wood in the General Shop, bread at a Meal Cart, or vegetables at the Farmyard. It’s your decision on what to sell, and at what shops. Level up and improve your shops to attract more customers, gain more gold and sell more stock. Expand your city and unblock farms to earn more resources, and crafters to create fresh stuff which sell for even more! Follow markets, create trades, turn in tasks + complete achievements to become the ultimate merchant. Send your gatherers out into the wilds to hunt for resources. Forage the Grasslands for berries. Slash through the Forest for logs. Hunt across the Hills for furs. Mine in the Mountains for ore. Fish in the River for eels. Hire the right gatherers for the job, with farmers, lumberjacks, miners and more ready to journey through the wilds. Then sell these resources in your city to grow. Level your gatherers up to journey further and create even more profit. Generations is an idle mini game that will play whilst you are away. All shops will continue to sell stuff, and gatherers will continue to collect stuff even with the mini game turned off. Once the Travel Wagon is built, you can begin a fresh city. This prestige mechanic allows you to begin from scratch with a fresh city with fresh boosts, fresh shops and fresh biomes to discover based on the success of your previous city. Restart as a lot of times as you wish to ever increasing gains.
