  Emily Yenne: The apk opens but I receive a blank screen. I hold reinstalling it and then it works for a minute...but then the buttons stop working. I exit the apk and test to go back in and I receive the blank screen. This is incredibly upsetting. Edit: I'm very satisfied by the customer service, wow, thank you! Apk works perfectly now, only problems I have are internet problems on my end, and that's ndb lol. Thank you, Telmate!

  Monica Del Pilar: I downloaded this apk and so far is working awesome. Connection sometimes is slow which kinds of sucks that's why I am giving it a 4 star but it does the job. I am glad I am able to see my family member. The price is awesome and I love that there is no hidden fees. Improve the connection please, there is nothing worse than spending time repeating yourself because of a awful connection.

  Shannon Nicole: I downloaded the apk and the screen comes up telling me to kind in username and password but everytime I kind in my username and password that I use to receive on the site online with it tells me invalid smartphone number or username / password I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times for some reason I had $15 when I started and I have not used any video visits or smartphone calls and now I only have $13 and some change this is ridiculous

  Brooke Williams: This apk would be good if it allowed what it promoted. It doesn't let mobile visits at all. My partner's facility allows video visits so can't understand why I can't do one from this apk.

  It let's me log in an lets me begin my visits and after about 2 mins screen goes black and it freezes on the screen your order is being processed. I have even noticed a couple times it still charged me for 1 minute it to two mins after it froze and went to the order processed screen. I do video visits quit frequently and was so excited when I seen this apk come out thinking it would create the process so much easier now and I was really allow down and even over charged more then a few times for mins I didn't even receive to use. Please work out the kinks this apk looks like it has some very awesome potential if all the kinks were worked.
