  A Google User: One little edit I would give this apk 5 stars, the only thing is: when you're scrolling through a long list of territories and click on one to read more or favorite, and test to go back to the list to continue, it starts back off at the top, and some of the lists are very long. If it would go back to the same spot, I'd rate this 5 stars. Its super informative.
