  Lisa Sessoms: Just Make batter - Worth It! Go Launcher is user-friendly & highly customizable. I upgraded to Go SVIP and found the cost very reasonable. It was well worth the cost to eliminate advertisements, and more importantly, eliminate the nightmare of filtering through "Gratis" themes, which we all know about that misleading loophole. Since the make batter, I have been very satisfied.

  Brandy Matthews: Having problems Having problem applying a theme to the weather widget. I long press the desktop to bring up menu, choose the weather widget style I wish (tried on multiple widgets) but there is no theme button on widget. Tried clearing smartphone cache and restarting smartphone but nothing has worked. Samsung Galaxy S4 running Lollipop. I could mention the directions are for earlier models of operating system

  Myesha Moore, SPHR: Crashes and Asks Me to Pay for (Gratis for VIPs) Themes I have the same problem as a lot of others who (probably like me) bought the VIP ver for the themes. First I paid for this twice. When I switched from the Galaxy S5 to the Note 4, I couldn't restore my purchase. Now after purchasing once more for Note 5, I am still being asked to pay for Themes whose details page CLEARLY states "Purchase VIP and keep this theme gratis." I applied a theme I didn't like only to have the Launcher crash every single time I test to go to my HOME screen. Please fix immediately!

  Shelley S: Disappointed I paid for this theme subscription (that's what it actually is) and had no problems until I downloaded a couple of themes by Freedom Design for GO that were featured in the VIP section. Those I soon found out were evidently not covered. I contacted the devs at GO who said they would refund my cash. I told them I don't wish a refund. I wish what I paid for. Decided to earn by Getjar Gold which is now"missing" in Google Play. Guess I'll spend my cash on developers who actually deliver the goods

Doesn't unblock prime function .Had to buy go launcher prime to remove advertisements. And after that still got wired things on my smartphone without my consent.

Now my settings are gone, and it charged me once more. So now I have paid 29.99 fornlife time use and now an addition 19.99. Someone has some explaining to do along with a refund. Good customer service.
