  A Google user: Used this apk to report a pothole. Apk allows you to upload a image and captures your gps place. I received an estimated repair time of 2 weeks. After two weeks passed and no fix, I became skeptical. Two more weeks passed and it was finally fixed. I am a believer once more! LG Optimus V

  A Google user: I've used this for graffiti a few times and in each instance the graffiti was gone within days. Sometimes it takes awhile for you to receive notification that the problem was "resolved" though so Im never 100% sure if me alerting the town to it was the true reason for removal. Regardless, the graffiti always disappears, so I'm satisfied.

  B N: I loved having a little amount of influence over my town, but the apk continues to crash after I attempt to submit fresh problems. :( please fix, there's so much graffiti along my beach and work routes. *modernize: Uninstalled and reinstalled, still continues to crash when submitting fresh problems. *modernize* 2 months later, still same problem.   Toro Castano: If graffiti is a code violation problem rather than standard graffiti removal it can take a loooong time to contact the owner and receive them to cover the graffiti. There is no explanation of this differentiation in the apk. They simply close your report with no explanation. I only learned this after attending a community meeting with the West division police captain and someone from Lowenthal's office.
