  Mark Monson: I've been using it for years. Always worked well and has been evolving. I like to check GPS yardage versus on-course markings, and it's always within a yard or two (combination of smartphone GPS accuracy and whoever physically measured the course), which for a 7-handicap user is accurate enough. Simple to use apk that does the job you expect, and more. I'd give it 5 stars if the scorecard entry would be updated back to using a number pad instead of scroll wheel, and if it would center on the current hole instead of always opening at hole #1. I thought the latest modernize drained my battery (Samsung Galaxy S4) to the point where I wasn't sure if I should finish the round, but found out it wasn't the apk; my phone's WiFi was trying to connect to the city-wide WiFi that was in range on the course. After turning off my WiFi (and Bluetooth) before the next round, battery use was normal once more. Whenever the guys I'm playing with ask me about the apk I'm using, I tell them all about it and suggest they test it for gratis.   Chris Charles: Nothing beats FreeCaddiePro Absolutely good GPS apk. I love the fact that I can map out the courses myself. I can tag layup spots and doglegs that lasers just don't let you to do. I never play a course without it. Definitely worth the make batter price!

  Brandon Gillette: Freecaddie player for 4 years I've been using freecaddie pro for a number of years now on my Windows smartphone and finally upgraded to Android device and I'm glad I did with the enhanced features of Android device in general. Easy and simple interface, no fluff and gives you what you need, yardages. Only feature I would like to see is elevation change on the map view and the main GPS page without having to click on a "hazard" or "green."

  Peter Hunter: Money/shot saver :-) Used this fully today for the first time and Boom ! It works good. 2 of my pals wer using there £100+ GPS watches and my yardage was no various. Plus I had the benefit of having the hazards distances. Well worth the cash for the pro ver. Saved me a awesome few quid from buying a fancy watch and it kept the wife satisfied. Also - my battery life is still green and it's 7 hours since I won on the 18th with an ugly 9. Satisfied days !
