About the application:

Goodtalk lets you turn a group text into a broadcast. To initiate a fresh Goodtalk, you simply choose which contacts you’d like to contain, and then each participant instantly receives a text notice from a Goodtalk-controlled smartphone number, explaining how it works. Once the participants answer, the group text “goes live,” meaning all subsequent texts will be delivered to each member of the group and simultaneously posted to the public Goodtalk. Goodtalks can be followed in apk and also on a special URL that can be shared on social media. Viewers can react to individual texts and even submit questions for screening (like a radio call-in), but they can’t join the public conversation without being explicitly invited. Have necessary conversations in front of a live audience.
