  I just started using this apk a month ago and I loved it. It's a life saver on those days I dont have money on me. This fresh modernize however comes with a convenience fee which bumps the fare from $1.75 to $2.00 not awesome customer service that some people have to pay more than their co-bus riders simply because we're using a program provided by Suntran.

  Luke Gayheart: I would not mind the conveniece fee if it was per transaction. This is not the case. It charges you .25 cents per ticket no matter how a lot of you buy at once. Fix this matter please and I might use this apk once more.

  Manny Mena: If the apk would have more useful programs like a live map or departure times. That would be good. But as of the latest modernize; when making a payment for a ticket from my smartphone all I receive is an error notice. Nothing regarding a failed transaction, but a system error prompts cannot process payment at the time??? What's wrong with it? I've already uninstalled and downloaded the updated ver but receive the same error.

  Michael Solomon: Its very inconsistent. When it randomly does not work, the customer service representative will not assist. I got stuck 30 mins from my home because the apk did not work and there was no put to buy a ticket without money.

  Ellen Gilbert: The fees per ticket are insane! They already charge money fares on this apk (if you use a card you pay $1.50 for a full fare ticket, if you use money it's $1.75, on this apk expect to pay $2) and it feels like they don't wish people using it. I hold an emergency day pass on my smartphone in case I forget my physical card. The fee was $0.50 additional! Greed. Plain and easy. I'm glad I don't forget my card that often.
