This is a VERY little (<30kb) plugin for GPS Status & Toolbox that helps the apk properly present notifications on Android device 8 and later devices. Because of the changes in background process handling, on Android device 8 and later a separate plugin apk is needed to present the GPS status notification reliably. This apk does NOT have any player interface and does not require ANY permissions. It simply proxies some system notifications to the main app. If you do not wish to see system wide GPS notifications, you could NOT install this application.
