Larry Gardner: At first it did not work on my Dell Streak 7, running CM10.1. Sent Bricatta an email from their website on Friday, rcvd an email back on sunday, it was fixed on Monday. Thats what I call help. Functionality, it seems to be working ok. my Dell Streak with GPS is serving place data to my none gps client ..I will rate it as a 4 for now .. cant wait to see where this apk goes ! Thanks !

Jake Bales: The only thing i don't like about these apks (server and client) is that every time you install it you have to go in and re-set it up and it defaults to only run for 5 mins, so if you search yourself having to hold re-starting the apk create sure you change its run time to indefinitely. Who would use this apk for only 5 mins? Also the apk always displays a notice saying failed to activate licence, which is annoying.

Chris Whiting: I have tried Bluetooth GPS Tether apks and this Wireless connection GPS Tether Solution. The Bluetooth setup that I am using works ok but this solution is very flaky. It works well when it works but the server apk stops if it is not in focus. Locking the server device also causes the GPS server to stop sometimes but not all of the time (flaky). This is just not ready for prime time. I have spent about 8 hours trying to figure out what causes the apks to stop working. Very frustrating. There are another Wireless connection tethering solutions in the apk shop but I have not tried any. I may just stick with the Bluetooth solution as it gets about a 100 meter range outdoors and seems solid. I am using something called Bluetooth GPS Output on the server side and Bluetooth GPS on the client side.

Kenneth Yu: I've been using this apk to transmit GPS info from my Smartphone to my Smartphone which had a broken GPS antenna. Server+ (Nexus 7 2012 Wireless connection on CM11.2) and Client+ (HTC DesireHD CM7.2) The client+ apk works most of the time, another than some buggy apk run time issues which sometimes terminates the apk before the set-time. This trouble can be avoided by changing the apk run time, then completely exit out of the apk then reopen the apk. The server+ is riddled with trouble. The server-to-client connection is easily interrupted upon going into and coming out of the lockscreen. While the screen is locked, the server+ apk remains finicky. I've experience a few loss of connection between the server and the client during a short ride. It should be caused by the easy loss of GPS signal. When coming out of the lockscreen, the server goes into a frenzy of GPS locked-on, loss of signal. The loop continues in the notification until I actually enter into the apk, then the server stabilizes at Locked-on. In all, it's a buggy apk. I've reverted back to TetherGPS for further testing. At this moment I cannot suggest this apk to anyone. Although your mileage may vary.
