  The first time I used the bots was on a desktop and they worked perfectly for me. Found my acc right away and I was able to set up autopay. I only use the water and trash bots.

  Andrew Zierleyn: Prefer this to the old system where I had to log into the municipal website, then log into other acc to add cash - plus always had an problem with paying water bill on mobile. Even though I search bots in general to be sort of patronizing and should do without the automated banter, this has streamlined the process. If you know your own latest name and the house number at your service address, I don't see how you could have any trouble pulling up your utility accounts.

  Eric Kas: Glad to see a fast method to connect and pay all of the accounts connected to the town. Bots work fine, however, I was hoping that once the accounts were connected a fast summary would present up of them so you should see all of your payments/auto-payments in one put. Is this the intention of the "wallet" dashboard? For some reason nothing shows up there.

  I hate that I have to spend additional time chatting with some stupid bot. Paying my bills used to take a quarter of the time it does now. The bot chat has to go! This is not efficient or convenient. I see how its more "friendly" or "personable" but who cares about that when paying your bill online? No one! Receive rid of the bot and bring back efficient enter and submit kind payment.

  Joel Powell: Here how to pay a parking ticket using this app...put in car plate number, doesn't search it. Place in citation number, doesn't search it. Be forced to go in person to pay ticket. You did it! Really streamlined and convenient. /s

  Garrett Morrissette: Have to spend twice as long talking to a stupid "bot" that can't search my details. Why can't I just pay my bills online how I used to. It was quick and simple. This is slow and annoying. Receive rid of the bot. Apparently I can't pay my water bill online anymore. Definitely the worst apk I've ever used.

  olivia andrusynyk: Don't waste your time, but if you do waste your time using this POS talking to some stupid 'bot' you better remember your password or you'll never be able to recover it since the "password recovery email" will never actual be sent even tho the apk says it was. Junk. Two thumbs down for this one!
