  Marilyn Caylor: I love the custom recording feature, it really sets it apart from another apks! I tell it what I wish to feel/achieve, pick the duration (12, 22, 42 mins), select the background ambiance, and I'm all set. I use this as part of my morning self-care routine to begin my day off right. Repetition is key in changing your mindset, and it absolutely works when you are consitent! I set an alarm on my smartphone to remind me of this necessary "appointment" I have with my subconscious, and I treat it as such.

  Soo Cho: I remember when I had a previous, much earlier ver of the Grace Apk, 3 years ago. I was unhappy and riddled with anxiety so awful that I should not even look people in the eyes or receive myself to go the grocery shop. I started listening to the apk recordings and something clicked. I felt a tiny better each time and so I kept playing it, especially the "worthy" recordings. After about a week, I started to feel hope. I started to feel like "I can do this."
