  Dave Deutsch: The apk got hung up a few times when I tried to use it. As a spectator with a one-time use it makes no sense to me why i need to register an acc first to track a runner. Apk can be improved by adding a predictive element to it so that as a spectator I csn receive a sense where the runner will be at a certain mile. Curiously the apk did work once the race was over. I tried to track a few runners and the display should not handle it. Text notifications would have been helpful. This ver of the apk is a step backwards.
