The mini game features an unnamed protagonist trapped in a house, needing to solve puzzles while avoiding a “Granny” to receive out of the house in a time period of only five days. The mini game gained massive traction following its release through different media platforms, such as YouTube, Twitch and others. The recent modernize the mini game received was on April 23, 2019. The mini game is heavily based around sound, the main antagonist, known only as the titular “Granny”, alerted via sound. The overall objective of the mini game is to escape the home by using clues and solving puzzles.
