It should be a synchronization trouble between your device and Google servers. or 2 - If you are having synchronization issues between your smartphone and Play Shop, install the apk directly from watch: find "Graphite" from Play Shop on watch and hit on install button. 3 - Alternatively, test installing the watch face from web browser on your PC.
