  Andrew: People need to learn to read. you have to have your smartphone rooted or this won't work. Also how any file recovery works is it looks for things that were deleted but if you know anything about computers it I was not actually deleted it is just told not to "see" it anymore and until that file gets overwritten recovery tool can recover it. But if your smartphone writes over that file then it is not recoverable anymore. Basically if you don't understand how file systems work in a computer or smartphone and don't know what route is you have no business downloading this because you don't know what you're doing and you will just leave a idiotic review saying that it doesn't work when in reality it is because you have no idea what you were doing
