Now there's a smarter method to manage your diabetes. Introducing the Guardian™ Connect continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system. The Guardian Connect system uses a little sensor to measure glucose levels in fluid just below your skin, every 5 mins. It takes readings all day and night and sends them to your smartphone via a little wireless transmitter, so you can see how you're doing anytime. With the Guardian Connect mobile apk, you can see your most latest sensor glucose data and glucose trends over time. You can also keep alerts to notify you when you're going above or below your preferred range and hold track of everyday happenings which may impact your glucose levels. Your mobile apk also sends your data to CareLink™ Private diabetes management tool, so you can see your full info online and share your info with family or mates. Those closest to you can even keep text messages whenever you go out of range. To use the Guardian Connect system, you will need the Guardian Connect transmitter and Guardian Sensor 3, as well as this apk.
