  Nick Allegro: UPDATE TO THE FOLLOWING REVIEW*********************** The customer help has been improved greatly and the fresh updates have fixed a lot of problems. I have scrapped the Acer tab in favor of a fresh larger Smartphone (RCA Gallileo) which works very well. Thank you 845Tools!!******* (orig post below) I am a solo performer and have used this apk for years and used to suggest it. I even use it on two tablets, which I pay for, so if someone sits in with me they can use the another. It has always been very quirky and has had problems that I overlooked because I liked a lot of the features. However with the fresh modernize I can't even receive it to stay begin on my basic Android device smartphone (Acer Iconiatab) . The another trouble has always been when scrolling thru songs it goes into an error loop that causes you to reset or shut down smartphone. But my most frustrating thing has been the lack of help and now I can't even hold the tool running long enough to file a report. I am probably going to be cancelling my subscription and using other tool that I like less because I need dependability. Very disappointed in the "fixes" and now I have to scramble before an upcoming gig.

  Christopher Tierney: But this deserves all 5. Still tooling around on this, getting comfortable. The features and page layout are unbelievable. I type of went at this backwards. Bought a pedal and then looked for guitar tab apks that work with it. I've tried a few and am satisfied to have found this.

  Joel Heck01: I got my songs to come over from Guitar Tapp Pro, but they seem to need a conversion for the Artist and Title, which is ok in the song, but does not display properly in the library. I purchased the editor, but I hope I don't have to manually edit 600 songs I brought over, just to receive the Library to display them correctly. If that's the case, I may be better off sticking with Guitar Tapp Pro. Note from Guitar Tapp: GuitarTapp Fine, I see what you mean. We'll place a one-way download of the songs in your sync acc into the following apk modernize. That would be a good assist. Thanks for the conversion assist.

  Terie Mumby: I just place in a five star rating for Guitar TAPP Pro. I also just finished entering in two songs on my own with this apk. It was a bit of a learning curve but it did a nice job after I figured it out. Getting the songs to go from one apk and back needs to be improved. But still. Nice job. Maybe I'm missing something. I still think it deserves the five-star rating though. Please continue to improve it. I really need this tool. Thanks. Terie.

  Frank Genus: GuitarTapp Pro was/is a good application and ChordPro is even better, with a cleaner interface and the ability to make your own files from scratch. The fresh apk now uses DropBox to sync (as opposed to 8:45 Tool's own server, which was used with GT Pro), and it's a welcome change IMO. I have it installed on both my phone and smartphone. It's excellent for me, as I can import lyrics, setup and arrange my setlist on my smartphone while I'm out, then sync my smartphone when I receive home. Enough cannot be said about how simple it is to read lyrics via ChordPro. You can control quite a few elements of the layout, like font size, text width (kerning), colors, etc. You can also control whether chords, chord diagrams and tablature are displayed, as well as the number of columns (or auto-format). Creating and arranging setlists and moving songs between sets is much easier with the fresh apk, utilizing drag n' drop (Thank you!). One feature I would like to see added is a method to add the song length in mins & seconds as part of the song info, and have it displayed in the setlist as well as automatically calculate and list the total time for each set.

  Daniel Meis: Modernize: It seems like all of the really annoying bugs have now been fixed, including the disappearing cursor in the edit window on some Android device systems, as well as the null pointer exceptions when dragging songs to a various order in the setlist. The only thing I've found left is that sometimes it gets disconnected with Dropbox Sync, but that should be a Dropbox trouble too. Upgraded to 4 stars.

  Andrew Wafula: The apk is good and I use it for learning chord progressions and playing live. I also use it to write up chords for some of our own songs which I can share with the squad. The largest complaint I have with the apk is that recently the text rendering has become messed up. The lyrics overlap one other and thus are unreadable and it also complicates viewing the chords since you can't really tell where they fall. I have tried changing the layout settings of the text to no avail. I have tried it on 3 various devices and I still haven't found a method to fix it.

  Piero Verdiani: On my Galaxy Note 10.1 2014, there are no places between words in a line making the line just one word. This makes it unpossible to use. Additionally, I cannot add my own Chordpro files (i håber hundreds of them), it seems because now we have to pay for blocks of files. This disqualifies it completely. Otherwise the apk is fine with some bugs of youth.

  A Google user: It is unfortunate that although ChordPro is integrated for viewing files, editing using ChordPro is not. Editing requires exiting GuitarTapp, copying file to ChordPro directory - loading file from there in ChordPro, editing, saving and then copying edited back to GuitarTapp Mytabs directory. This a cumbersome operation using the file manager on an android device smartphone considering most tabs on the net require editing. This should be completely alleviated with full integration.of ChordPro with GuitarTapp. Another than this hassle the tools are very awesome.

  Steve Arnold: Awesome starting point, with some perfect features, but needs some work to be fully functional. No transport controls for "jam along" feature, which makes this part practically useless. The player interface used in GuitarTapp was much more intuitive, and would have created transition easier if preserved. I'd rather pay more for a fully functional tool than pay for individual songs, which seems not quite kosher since the songs are actually someone ELSE's songs to start with so the tool author could likely be paying them royalties from a legal standpoint. The "learn" feature for scrolling the cursor position is a gorgeous addition, and helps to hold the melody on tempo, but continuous scroll instead of page-turning would be better since there would be no "gap" (guitartapp ran into problems with long songs doing this, and would receive "jerky" on my device). Bluetooth help for page turning is there, but I couldn't try it - it would be greatly enhanced by including an option to "learn" forward/back from a generic bluetooth device (i.e. - allowing people to cheat a $3 mini bluetooth selfie remote and combine with a generic hardware footswitch or two). Needs a manual, premature without.

  Brian Jarrett: On Samsung Galaxy S4: Gets hung on splash screen. If you receive by that, you receive stuck zoomed method in on settings. Sometimes it will begin, then can never sign in. Apk will begin onPro12 smartphone, its just the Editor won't unblock to save any edits. Tool thinks don't own, then it checks to buy and says, you already own....Error.

  Graeme Jaye: I don't have trouble with paying for items, but this is not awesome model at all. I ran through my 10 gratis credits just looking for decent ver of famous song. Much of the material here was created freely accessible on the net by the originator. It's also fair to say a lot of are, simply, wrong - and now I'm being asked to pay for merely checking if it suits my purpose! For me, this apk is large FAIL.
