About the application:

GyanQuest is a 3D Journey Educational Mini game where you learn various concepts while playing in a rich immersive environment. Basically, Play and Learn! Using Journey and Role Playing Mini game elements like immersive story lines, interact-able elements, hero progression, rewards along with highly curated Educational content – We make a fun environment where students can Play and Learn. Navigate various places to learn various concepts inside a mini game in a fun manner. Complete quests to earn rewards and earn bragging points. This mini game fits well with the concept of online distance learning and allows students to independently complete their assignments remotely. You are playing the role of Sam, an Alien sent to discover Earth and search out about it’s history, culture, technology and people. You are given certain quests but you are also encouraged to take initiative and research stuff without waiting on directions. You teleport to different places on Earth. You interact with exhibits, Take a quiz and talk to docents on website. You can walk around and collect stuff. As the mini game progresses, the mission commanders who can also be teachers or parents send Sam sent messages and quests to fulfill. Rewards - Sam collects coins and XP (Experience points) to spend on different mini-games which are designed to be entertaining and also stimulate creativity. Building GyanQuest - The GyanQuest mini game experience is built using the Unity Mini game engine. Our content is powered by a Knowledge Graph which is made using NLP Machine Learning programs and manual curation - a process we called Assisted AI. Roadmap - Our roadmap contains working with partners to make content to cover more subjects. Our docents will incorporate more AI conversational abilities to facilitate learning through conversation. Educators can also make their own content and our plan is to add more mini mini games, STEM and Word mini games. For schools, we plan to have integration with Google Classroom and Intelligent portal.
