  Harvey Lee: 2018/6/19 晚間收看日本對哥倫比亞，還是一樣會轉圈buffer，問題仍未解決。 非常差勁的app與服務品質，花錢訂月租結果看世足賽的畫質超爛，看不到五分鐘就會轉圈buffer或是畫面凍結。 令人感覺完全不尊重付費用戶的權益，也浪費了辛苦談到的授權，請用心檢討改進，明明有許多時間可以準備優化，卻仍無法確保產品穩定度，可惜了。
