Notes and History stuff are on demand. Handheld Contact API is an on-premise application, meaning all your data is synced to your local device and accessible securely offline, wherever you go. When you’re back online, Handheld Contact API intelligently syncs your Act! data between configured mobile devices and Act! computers. And when you create changes to Handheld Contact API while online, the master database is updated immediately! - A current Act! subscription with Act! v18 or higher is needed, with each HHC player having “Web API” permission. Act!
