  A Google User: Power players We have over 25 accounts and use both android device and apple devices to inspect 650 plus homes. Working with a developer helps the transition. Some of the complaints effect from Self assist on the gratis or trial periods. Once you receive accustomed to making and using the forms it's a strong program to track and turnover rental units.i set the acc up and use the apk and the dash board everyday. The bug fixes resolved the minor problems we had in the early stages. Talk to staff for custom deployment for best results

  Austin Turner: My latest review was mainly due to player error... Not the most player friendly layout but it's working. The time difference with them being in Australia made a tiny gap in response time that increased my frustration. However, very helpful once I heard back from them.

  A Google User: Success month after month I've been using the apk for about a year now and there are simply no negatives. These reports have increased the functionality of my property on a everyday basis. More importantly though is the help squad that comes with it. These guys really care about your success and are always ready to cater to whatever crazy request I have next. If you own or manage property and don't have this apk, you are missing out!

  Adrian LogoQRcode: I think its tiny better, at least not so a lot of error messages. Missing reports after submission and complete screen! Should also add a temporary backup if someone by mistake exits the apk... current inspection.. Increased the stars :~) I want I would receive some credit for the idea coloring the camera icon when inspection needed :~) I guess someone at AirBnB took the credit :~(

  Amina Siler: Compare to Yardi inspections, I would use this inspection apk any day of the week. The only negative thing I have to say is I don't like using an iPad with this inspection system but another than that it runs perfectly.

  A Google User: Doesnt let signatures Fixed my deleting my progress issues...still need my tennants to be able to sign off on the inspection and for some reason all my pervious inspections are not loaded to my v3 from v2...i need these previous inspections incase the tennant does not accept to hurt they have done.

  Geoff Schwartzman: In July of 2016 I was told that the ability to jump from section to section would be introduced in the Android device ver shortly. More than a year later and it is still not incorporated into the apk. This is really frustrating and takes a super long time to scroll through a long inspection.

  A Google User: I think this apk has good potential. However, it is critical to be able to jump from section to section when completing a report. On my mobile smartphone (android device), I have to scroll through endless sections rather than being able to jump directly to other section of the inspection. To avoid losing data from a crash, I often back out and save my inspections as I'm doing them but then have to scroll back through each section to receive back to where I was working. I trust this function is accessible for Apple so wondering when it will be accessible for Android device.

  A Google User: I like the apk, but there are some problem that serious need attention. If you fill out all the info and you refreshed it completely disappears, as soon as you fill in info it could back up once you exit the segment. that method it sync's across all platforms.

  A Google User: It's almost there Need to be able to have the apk let for taking a picture and then quickly moving to the next category for the next picture. As-is the walk through goes too slow with this apk.

  A Google User: Some problems Any time I test to edit the layout of property while I'm conducting the inspection the apk crashes. I then loose all progress. Also still do not have the option to add a signature box. This is something we absolutely NEED. I can deal with not editing the inspection template while inspecting but the signature box is essential to our process.

  Jeremy VanDervort: Paid for and installed apk thinking I would be able to send reports. Which you can as web links however not all of the pictures for my report have been uploaded to the online report. Would be nice if you should make a PDF or print locally from apk to be able to send report as attachment to email since not all of the pictures have uploaded to report link. It has been three days and not all of the pictures are there yet. With the ability to receive a PDF in apk I would know my task has been completed without the need to go back and check all of the pictures have been uploaded to the web link.

  A Google User: Good on iPad but doesn't synch with android device I love it on the iPad and can set up each of our troops but I wish to use my smartphone to take pics and do the actual walk through. The edits on iPad to the template do not synch with my android device smartphone, although I have the apk and am logged into the same acc. When I click on the assist it just brings up an email with a topic line but no address to send it): I would pay cash for this to work but sadly it doesn't do what I need.

  Nikki O: Awesome ideas an app/software... just awful tech implementation. Spending too much time troubleshooting w/support, who suggest changing password, updating with current apk, or checking settings but all of these recommendations were correct to start with! Am still at square one... not able to send my completed report to my client after a lot of hours of notes and images... feels stuck because also locked out of the web based tool as well!! Very disappointing and no recourse for any credit after days of lost time and used company for over a year. Still now emailing with help to just receive my report.
