  Didn't have any problems with connecting to the Rest. It works good. Touch ring is a nice feature. My baby loves it, and it has quite a few settings, sights and sounds. I haven't used the tool mode yet (like ready to wake) but it sounds like a beautiful cool feature as well. Can receive confused with multiple phones/devices so just one at a time and no worries

  Donald Sykes: The apk will not even allow me login. We already have a hatch grow that works good, hoping this light would be good too. So far it has been a large allow down. Modernize: Apk works and things are good. I want there was just one Hatch apk and want that more than one player should sync to the hatch light but it is good nonetheless

  Janine Nyborg-Andersen: Love my Hatch Baby Rest! It's the excellent amount of light to both be able to sleep and see my son, who currently shares our room. Love the sounds and the light hues, awesome adjustments accessible. My only problem is wondering why they need my location/gps turned on to use it. Surely Bluetooth will suffice? Place is a large battery drain on my smartphone and truly seems unnecessary, and invasive.

  Travis Dodgens: It works well, and is fairly simple to use. My only complaint/suggestion would be to add numbers to the volume controls, as it's very hard to match up volume levels between various profiles. Still a good purchase!

  Gason Gregor: Love the apk. Easy to set up and easy to use. I was satisfied to see the firmware updates once I connected it to my Hatch Baby. It makes me feel like they are improving on the product. I liked the Hatch Baby so much I bought 2. My only trouble (and the reason for 4 stars) is that you can't control both devices at the same time. I'm needed to disconnect from one to use the another. Definitely suggest the product. My children love it.

I've tried looking online for help or people with related experiences, but it seems as if I'm the only one.

  amanda pratt: So far we like the product. Although you can adjust the light and sounds, there is no option to fade slowly. So, say your child falls asleep to your lovely lullabye melody and then the time shuts off. Bam, baby is awake. Want so awful that this had fade option for tools and timer.

  Samuel Torres: First day I received item I tried to modernize but every single time it failed. Also you constantly have to turn off your Bluetooth before starting application or it will never connect. You need to give the apk the permission to use your Bluetooth every signle time you log in. Whoever coded this apk must be someone with very tiny experience in coding. Apk needs to be properly optimized to work correctly with Bluetooth. On other the note, the concept is good. I would had given it 5 stars if it worked the method it was intended to work.

  Ricky Garza: Can't access after first sign in, really need to receive that fixed. The whole point of this product going in my daughter's room is for us to use it instead of blinding her eyes with the ceiling lights, fanatic lights, or lamps. Can I walk over and turn it on? Sure, can you code this thing so i can use it like a easy 10 dollar Bluetooth speaker can do with no headaches?? I'm sure you can. Post how to troubleshoot this thing or you will lose a customer and have plenty more who will not buy your product. On a side note, nobody buys this because of the sounds or colors, its the Bluetooth connectivity. Excellent bait and switch you pulled here with half of the product not accessible to use.

  I have been using this for one month. I love the concept of this product and apk, but my apk connects to hatch baby about 1% of the time. It drives me nuts throughout the night as I test to connect to modify settings sitting only 5 feet away. I hold being hopeful and it keeps failing me!
