I like it because the "coach" lets you do the things in your own way...i was really surprised when he gave some answers for questions i never asked but in my mind, i was thinking about them, for example, why does my mind wonder off at a particular time during the sessions...generally, it just helps you feel relaxed about things and not worry so much. Plus, he makes me feel like he's just talking to me, like a face-to-face meditation/conversation. Also the design of this apk is so original&fun&easy to use.
