Quantum Healing is a term used to describe healing practices that utilize the principles of Quantum Theory and Quantum Mechanics. Quantum healing involves a shift in the fields of energy info, so as to bring about a correction in an idea that has gone wrong. So quantum healing involves healing one mode of consciousness, the mind, to bring about changes in other mode of consciousness, the body. Eastern and ancient medical models have been based on energy for thousands of years. We witness our body’s ability to heal itself when little cuts heal, and with our expectation “this will heal”. Tuning into our energy body is simple, fast, and can switch our emotions and health in a few moments. When we tune into our energy bodies with our intention we can truly change our lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Healing is a fascinating process that is generally very poorly understood. Although it may be tempting to trust that we can heal another people, it is of utmost importance to realize that all healing is self-healing. The body has an extraordinary intelligence and ability to heal itself. Given the right energetic, emotional, nutritional, and spiritual environments, the natural state of the body is excellent health. Our favorite definition of a healer is someone who was sick and got well; a good healer is someone who was very sick and got well quickly. Quantum-Touch uses life-force energy (known as chi in Chinese and prana in Sanskrit) to facilitate healing. The Quantum-Touch techniques teach us how to focus and amplify life-force energy by combining different breathing and body awareness exercises.
