  A Google user: Healthjoy really took the time and effort to look into erroneous medical bills and cleared the problem up through mutiple calls with my insurance carrier and the provider. When I tried on my own, I kept getting finger pointing to someone else, so it was nice to have healthjoy remove the stress and aggravation.

  Renee Zele-Wilber: Good benefit from employer and service. Helps avoid urgent care visits when regular PCP is not in office and you need something "now". Reduces time, cost, and missed work for in office basic care visits for a easy sinus infection, UTIs, tiny (large) issues like that. Super fast, simple process, docs seem genuinely caring individuals. Love Health Joy!

  A Google user: I was hesitant at first to use the apk thinking it was going to be other apk that just takes up place on my smartphone, but the more I use it keeps getting better and better. We moved and I used it to search a fresh basic doctor. We had a baby and I thought I got double billed on a procedure so I used the bill review function and got a detailed explanation (that wasnt in "hospital code" like on the bill) that was super helpful and cleared up all confusion. Large time saver. I Highly suggest!
