  Bruce Thompson: I used to have fun falling asleep at night to HOS on my local public radio station, and I missed it terribly when the station dropped the present. So I am very happy with the primary service that comes with the paid apk. You receive the weekly present, plus some gratis samples. As I only ever listened to the present once a week anyway, this works out ok for me. The interface and steadiness of the stream is very awesome on my cheapie Tracfone Samsung Centura. A very neat feature is that when you pause the stream, there's a fast fade, rather than a cold stop. Very thoughtful, to preserve the mood!

  A Google user: Got it working well on my cheap Optimus V. At first, it had some loading issues and another minor problems, perhaps because I downloaded it a few MINUTES after it became accessible. An email to the HOS squad fixed the problems. I go for walks of about an hour, and listen to one entire tool via Virgin's cheap 3G network. Using the cheap earbuds that came with the smartphone, I receive good sound from this apk. $.99 for all the HOS I wish? Nothing cheap about the results. Thanks HOS squad! Satisfied Spacefan Michael

  Ryan Nivens: The developers fixed everything listed in my previous review. I am so satisfied and will be encouraging everyone I know to purchase it. Old review: This apk dies not let you to jump to any point in the tool. This is problematic, I can almost never receive through an entire tool because the apk crashes or I lose connection. I bought a 3 month subscription but may not renew until this apk becomes reliable. Modernize. Still crashes even with a awesome Wi Fi connection. This week's present won't go past 25 mins.

  Aaron Angel: I *LOVE* this present, and now there's an apk for it! No, you don't have to have a subscription to listen to this week's present on not-Sunday. It's Wednesday, and I'm listening to this week's present without paying more than the $0.99 for the apk. Although, I might consider a paid subscription in the future to listen to some of the good (I'm sure) tools that I've missed over the years.

  Jean-Pierre Kolly: compared to the mainstream music-streaming options HoS is offering a special selection of slow-down sounds, hard to come by otherwise in this quality. The HoS controller though is complicated and not really player friendly, but works ok if given enough attention. Audio is clean upper-mid-level.
