  Nick Brigden: No issues I was a bit worried given the reviews, but this apk worked perfectly. I had no issues buying a ticket, it was fast and simple and instantly displayed on my device. It did ask for camera permissions but only because it can scan credit cards and place the info in automatically. Would use once more!

  Tim Reczek: Was worried but worked just ok Given all the negative reviews I was a bit concerned, but it worked flawlessly the first to purchase tickets this morning and have them scanned from my smartphone on the train. Maybe a latest modernize has fixed things.

  A Google User: Simple to use, works with overseas credit cards, contains offers for advance booking. Some slight glitches - it's Nov 2016 and I accidentally marked a ticket for Feb 2017 as "Used" , and can't unmark it. Hopefully the ticket is still valid. It would be nice if the "tag as used" functionality: a) would not tag future-dated tickets as used or would ask for confirmation b) were reversible (button changes to "tag as unused" for tickets marked as used)?

  Louise Allen: Have used this apk for years, it's improved well but it's still utterly ridiculous that it doesn't track how a lot of times a carnet ticket has been used. That really needs adding, as the risk of travelling without a ticket is quite high.

  Olivier Pilot: It does the job, just. I want I should have a profile and it would save info at least, and my card. It's also buggy. The card scanning function doesn't work. It also freezes and you need to reset the apk if you touch to receive more info on peak times for a ticket.. So a very rudimentary apk for a very expensive adventure... Looks like some of this cash should be used in apk development.

  A Google User: Adequate on wireless connection I should not verify the majority of awful comments. On wireless connection one day before travel it worked ok. However, the UI is not intuitive and loses entered details on payment if you let the apk to suspend. Needs improvement.

  A Google User: very awful apk is ugly, not practical and full of bugs. most of time the transactions don t go through even on wireless connection and when they go through the staff in the train can t scan the barcode. not efficient at all. i am a repeat customer and would welcome such efficiencies. missed occasion. awful branding. excellent example of the monopoly company that only looks at the bottom line and doesn t understand the need for positive result on its customers to increase its shop share and word of mouth even more.

  Stuart Shurlock: Same old HEx My gripe is that I cannot receive my normal 30% Railcard discount via this apk (or via the site). I have to search a staff member to buy tickets from. I guess HEx hope that I will often be in too much of a hurry and pay full fare. It's ludicrous really as every ticket is checked on the train, so they can easily check for railcards then.

  Timothy Moll: Works with some large bugs I can't move tickets to used tickets (annoying when you use this service a lot). Often it wants to load data when you begin it before you can do anything. Useless if you've got no data like in the t3 platforms. Otherwise I can buy tickets OK with it.
