Sara Medsger: So simple to use! The interface is easy and intuitive. Thrilled with the level of safety. PHI is becoming increasingly vulnerable and I wouldn't be inclined to use an apk like this unless it had military - grade encryption. Love that it works on WiFi because my loft is a cellular black hole.

Phil Stracchino: The apk works, and is fairly simple to set up. However, MAKE CERTAIN that you back up your acc info SOMEWHERE ELSE. Because if you ever need to recover your acc, you'll likely search that the password recovery function doesn't work. Go ahead, ask me how I know. To their credit, though, EverBridge were beautiful prompt about helping me receive back into my acc ... but that password recovery function needs work.

Erin G: This apk is not reliable, though when it is functioning (won't begin or load at all sometimes) - it is helpful since I use it as a platform to speak with my (PAID) therapist. This apk developer needs to create it "crash" less often so that we always have access to it (once more, people pay to use this apk as their platform) - and the audio is low quality and could be updated. HippaBridge would receive 5 stars IF I should always login, and IF the audio quality was better.

anita b: Should be good but buggy This apk has the potential to really revolutionize how I communicate with my doctor. However there are bugs. Fresh messages don't come through without a delay. I need to begin the apk to check and then the notice chimes through, so I don't know how long it's been hanging in cyber place waiting for me. So I regularly need to begin it and check for fresh messages. Also whenever I connect my smartphone to Bluetooth I receive a notice that HipppaBridge has stopped working. I'm reinstalling it to see if this improves.

Really glitchy on my Nexus 5X through Google Fi. My work requires us to use this apk, my co-workers say they have no problems mine I have to test to enter my password 3-4 times before I can use the apk then it works ok. Sometimes have to reboot my smartphone to use apk.

Krishna Nemani: Has the most obnoxious alert noise Like, I've literally had nightmares, plural, of hearing that alert tone. And what's more? There's nothing you can do to change it. Otherwise a decent apk - had occasional crashes, occasional instances where messages didn't receive through. Basically a HIPAA compliant whatsapp.
