  Joel Sticha: On Android device apk, when you paste in and OTP verification code, all the digits go into the first box instead of automatically filling the whole input dialog. I've used another apks where they are smart enough that when you paste a code it will place one digit in each box automatically.

  Joe Conley: Awful customer service, they sold me an insurance policy with nationwide who have been sued for racism. Also nationwide created false claims about my property in writing. When I told hippo, the agent was rude and dismissed what I had to say like it didn't matter. Also they don't hold thier word. Very awful experience came across as racist after considering thier affiliation with nationwide. Terrible.

  P C: Was contacted by a hippo legal sounding department after one of their insured troops flooded my put and the guy acted like a prosecutor with a list of demands including sworn testimony. After all that and sending an inspector unannounced to my put a month later after it was cleaned up and mostly repaired he said they weren't liable because the owner didn't expect the pipe to burst. This is what gives insurance companies a awful name.

  Aaron Wall: Apk works good. Insurance is not. Like others, I bought it for a house I was moving into. Exterior looked a tiny worn and roof had a little leak, but interior had been renovated and negotiated repairs with seller. Paid in advance for a year. Inspector came out before I even moved in and cancelled policy. Received no message until just 29 days prior to cancellation day. Reasons stated for cancellation included leaky roof (being repaired already), cracked driveway, and uncut grass!

  Shawn: My policy got cancelled due to them billing me instead of my mortgage lender, I called to resolve the problem and receive told either I can pay 260 right now while they wait for a check from my lender, or begin a fresh policy and pay the same. I have never paid my insurance from my acc. Always through escrow. Not sure why they changed it without my authorization.

  Ashley Rosamond: These people working at this company are evil. We secured Hippo mid March where an inspector came out. We closed on our home mid April knowing we required to fix the outside. This company took a years worth of payment on April 15th. On May 17th we received noticed that they were pending cancelation and would end June 6th. In the 20 days they gave us got all fresh soffit, facia and slash down trees and started siding. Only need fresh roof which is booked until 29th. Refused to work with us on extension.
