  Paolo Rudelli: Very awesome apk, working very awesome with DG1 gimbal. Until you have awesome Bluetooth connection the apk work good, if you lose Bluetooth connection because your phone have crappy Bluetooth(can be 2 meters max versus 10+ meters max with awesome phone ) , you begin to have issues. Don't play to much with motors torque unless you know what you are doing. Remote control is a bit laggy but usable whit somme attention. Any problems with calibration, read twice how to calibrate before you begin if you don't know how to doit.

  DVMS 2018: I have a Samsung A5 (2016) Android device 7. This Apk is beautiful useless. Can't make batter firmware and it crashes when trying to calibrate. It does work. I haven't tried timelapse feature or anything else yet. It maybe of use at some point.

  A Google user: Tried to sync the apk for about an hour. After a lot of attempts to search the gimble, from clearing the cache and rebooting, I still was unabke to connect. I'm using an Android device smartphone so it might work on an Apple but no joy for me. I uninstalled and will use a separate remote.

  Michael Ekstrom: Recent ver, 3.1.8 can't search the gimbal. When i revert back to 3.1.5, it works every time. Same problem with 3.2.1 and 3.2.4. It just can't search the gimbal. Now I understand that place permission i needed. Are you out of your mind? Why the hell is that a requirement?

  Bo Wandell: The iSteady Mobile is a very cool device, but the Andorid apk is almost unusable. The apk stops working on my Samsung S9+ about every 10 mins. The record on/off functionality only works sometimes. If I would have known that the tool was so buggy and unuseable, I would purchased a various brand gimbal. In this day and age, it just ain't that difficult to develop a world-class Android device application.

  Steve Berven: Apk doesn't have the iSteady Mobile as an option. Wouldn't connect to Bluetooth thru the apk, even though the smartphone conected to the gimbal just ok. Since you can only control video thru the apk, this is currently useless to me.
