About the application:

HomeWAV (Home Web Access Visitation) is a, cost effective, and innovative method to let those incarcerated in Detention Facilities across the country to visit with their families and mates in a home environment without the hassle of traveling or setting up an appointment to visit the Inmate at the facility. Visitors who have fully registered and have been approved can log in using their selected Username and Password. Once the Visitor is logged in they will see a list of Inmates they have added to their acc. If the Visitor has purchased mins for a specified Inmate this will let them access to a video visit. Once the Inmate is logged on, the Visitor will see their name displayed with green text. The visit will start if the call is accepted it allows the Visitor and the Inmate to have face to face conversation on their own time. For best results a headset is suggested.
