  This is a good alternative to Uber for our children. It costs a bit more, but is still very reasonable, and it's totally worth it for my peace of mind. I know ahead of time who is going to transport my teenage daughter, and I even have a image of the driver....it's always a woman so far....they seem to all be moms themselves. Our experience has been good. They are on time and very friendly, and our daughter feels 100% secure. We've only used it a few times so far, when we've been stuck for a ride for her. But we are already large fanatics, and will continue to use it whenever she needs to be somewhere and we can't drive her.

  Maree Sanders: Be Patient Everyone! You will need to sign up at your desktop. The apk allows for you to schedule the ride and pay once you sign up. I am an early adopter, an end-user and client. I don't work for the company. The apk needs upgrades, but I have no trouble scheduling rides. The ap has come a long method since inception and I'm sure will receive better in time. In the meanwhile, I'm glad that this company was innovative enough to begin. The drivers are very qualified to work with kids! Good job with the additional screening!

  Eddren Boyer: I like it and my daughter likes it. I can't wait for more drivers so it can be more relied upon. You have to schedule by 7:30p thr night before. If they don't search a driver up to 30 minutes before you are stuck if you don't have anyone else, the whole reason to use the service. If I had someone else ho my kid already knows, I definitely wouldn't pay for a ride. It would be cool if wr should add family members (another parent and kid, etc.) to be updated on the status of the ride as well.

  Gabriela Garcia: Don't like modernize I don't like the modernize. It crashes alot and won't allow me give care driver extra pick up instructions. I do need to call in also about the credits I had towards my acc before the modernize because I hold getting charged for each ride in addition to the credits. Hopefully they fix it soon . Besides that I really love the tool. Pick ups and drop offs always on time.

  michelle nabong-rascon: Our family had used Hop Skip Drive for over a year, we were good supporters of this apk. However, in one instance we have been completely turned off to using this service ever once more. We used it because of the companies dedication to security for our kids. A large selling piece for me would be the fact that it's driven by women who have backgrounds with kids and childcare. HOWEVER... today when I picked my kids up from their after school tool that told me that their driver didn't speak to them. She picked them up and walked them to her vehicle that was being driven by a MAN THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE THERE. They felt unsafe and afraid. The couple locked the doors creepily after my children got in the vehicle. My son had said hello to greet them. They responded with silence. When he repeated himself they laughed at him. My youngest daughter is still shaken up by the occurrence. My children also said they felt like the COUPLE barely spoke English . So when the children asked questions there were no answers given. Yes, I do understand this is the one time this has happened, but these are my kids that I'm trusting these drivers with. So, if my kids don't feel secure then we as a family don't feel secure with hop skip drive. I spoke with Rebecca in customer service angry she was totally empathetic. My husband then called because he was so upset and the guy he spoke with should not seem to comprehend the severity of the situation.

  Shahriar Jarchi: Can't work the apk I tried to download it but it's such a poorly created apk. I guess I am used to uber but I can't even schedule a ride. Not intuitive at all. The idea is good, the people making this apk need to place some more thought on functionality.
