  J: Worked Quickly & Flawlessly Humana uses their own database. Ergo, you MUST establish a Humana username and password as DS Logon is used on the military DEERS database. Simply download the apk, enter your fresh Humana username/password et voilà, you're in. Once you're logged into the apk, you can use your fingerprint to gain access. As a full-time RVer who doesn't see my mailed EOB's for months, this is a Godsend. Kudos and appreciation go out to Humana's DBA for making it simpler to access!

  Wendy Sturgill: I am unable to log in using the DS option. Apk crashes as soon as I enter my password. I uninstalled the apk, and may test once more in the future to see if these problems have been resolved. *Modernize* I did reload the apk and have been able to log in using my DS credentials. It seems to be working as expected so far. I can add a couple of stars to my review now. :-)

  Richard Rodriguez: For anybody that was experiencing problems with the DOD single sign-on, that has been since resolved. This apk is working and it lets you do everything that you can do on the site but on the mobile platform. The UI is still a tiny bit primary but it gets the job done and is a vast improvement over what it was.

  Tae Lee: After reading another reviews, I was skeptical whether my DS Logon would work for me. I just tried out anyway, and it worked! However, this app's functionality is somewhat disappointing. Compared to the web access, the apk has very minimal functions. Access to the Safe Messaging, for example, would be nice to have.

  Mark O: Work in progress... I should login, view claims, co-pays, and referrals, but should not resize EOBs on a cell smartphone. The .pdf photo must be locked and that makes this aspect useless. .

  Scott McGregor: Functional, but poorly designed. Navigation is bafflingly convoluted (back button doesn't work... You need to tap on the name to switch between family members? Weird). Screens are often just captured browser windows instead of native "app-like" functionality. Was able to log right in and access data though. Edit: zero results for my PCM, despite them being listed in my profile. Just trying to create an appointment, but it's apparently not possible. What is even the point of this apk?

  Greg Milner: Samsung Galaxy s10e If you have an simple to remember password it might work fine for you. I use a password manager that generates complex impossible to remember passwords for perfect safety. Unfortunately this apk prevents the smartphone from saving your password and doesn't let fingerprint login, so I can't reasonably use it. The web-based website does let your browser to remember password so not sure what their logic is not allowing it with the apk. Uninstalled.

  Amy M. P.: POOR!! Trying to register, the block to kind ssn or DOD# doesn't let the numbers to kind properly. Thus, can't register... I followed through after much frustration, only to be disappointed by what the apk provides. Just referrals. Yes, useful. But why do I need this apk just for that. Also the notes for the referrals are vague. When referrals are off base, could have easier access to request a particular off base provided. I like and prefer receiving Humana referrals in the mail!!
