Later in the afternoon high temperatures will increase head pressure and the resulting overcharge means a lower than desired superheat and wasted energy. Kevin Chestnut: Does what it claims It's a awesome apk in that it delivers what it promises. I can do SH and SC calculations in my head but it's nice to have an apk to input and verify that I'm thinking clearly. Sometimes on a long hot busy day thinking clearly can be a trouble! Like the fact that you can use a lot of various refrigerants although I mainly work with R-410a and R22. The diagnostics are awesome, but once more, they mainly back up and verify what I already know.
