  elizabeth joslin: While I understand customer help might have been an problem in the past, it seems (based on my experience) they have upped it. There are still some kinks with connecting apk to the controller, and I sent an email, after hours, on a Friday. I had that problem, as well as the one that came up after that, solved after two short emails and screenshots, and woke up to a working and synched apk the next morning. So, flawed, but seems like they are working on it. And once you receive it working, the control is totally worth it.
