  Kate F.: I only downloaded this today bc I noticed that my bank acc was being charged and don't know how to stop it, as I canceled my acc over a year ago. Why is my acc being charged once more & how do I create it stop? It does not present up in my subscriptions. I doubt I still have the emails from when I cancelled identity guard services bc it was so long ago, but I'm telling you now, that I wish it cancelled and want my acc would stop being charged. Thank you. RE: The above comment. I called and was able to reach a true live person to assist me immediately. She was extremely type, considerate, patient and went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the problem. I want I should remember her name (if the "large man" in the company has access to the representative that helped me, I feel she needs a promotion and/or a raise). It's so rare these days to be treated with kindness & respect. I truly appreciate it and will suggest to anyone. Thank you once more & God bless!

  Chris Logorz: Beautiful nice, one problem Good details, gives you the primary info and alerts at a glance. The only thing that needs fixing is a faster way to log in. Even my banking apks with Chase and Navy Fed have pins or finger print scan for quick access. This apk requires username and password to log in every time. Its redundant. Another than that, it's a awesome apk.

  Will Wear: FINALLY! Thank you for finally updating this apk. Now works on my Note 3. Awesome thing because I was about to cancel because of it. Now just create sure it stays updated. Logging in every time is a pain though. Could have a pin system like banking apks. Push notifications would be a plus as well.

  DArcy Davis: Gives me peace of mind I utilize a shortcut I made to the site for the in depth info. The apk only shows the credit score and if a fraudulent claim was created. Canada's apk shows method more. It would be 5 stars if more info was accessible.
